Conference Meeting Schedule Request Form

To arrange informal meetings for those who wish to get together to discuss particular topics related to Less Commonly Taught Languages, please complete this form. Such meetings include organizational member groups, language specific meetings, receptions hosted by related organizations, and other networking opportunities. Meeting space is made available only to organizations whose work is related to the mission of NCOLCTL.

Requests for meetings will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, and only if the time and space is available without cost to NCOLCTL. Please submit these requests no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on December 5, 2019. The NCOLCTL conference organizers will not be able to make changes at the last minute.

Note:

If not, there will be no description of the meeting in the conference program and publicizing the meeting is entirely the responsibility of the meeting organizer[s]. If YES, please provide a brief description that can be included in the conference program below. Please, limit you description to (Seventy-five [75] words absolute maximum.)

If your meeting require service not listed and you select others, there will be a cost to your organization for other non standard meeting package. The standard package include regular AV set-up (multimedia speaker, a projection screen and LCD projector) Presenters MUST bring their own dongle [for a Mac] or VGA cable [for a PC]. Clickers will not be provided.
